Whenever I travel through Darien, I can never pass up an opportunity to photograph the shrimp boats. Their numbers have declined dramatically, and I fear they will one day be gone. The light is always different, but this particular evening the clouds were dramatic. I’m always torn between color and B&W, but this has always been my favorite.
