Katie Tasch is a lens based artist based in St. Johns County, Florida. Her work deals with the human gaze and experience. This multi-frame composite of the Matanzas River is part of her Manscape/Nature + series.

Born in Annapolis, Maryland (1983), Katie completed a BFA in Art History, and went on to receive an MFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Recently Tasch’s work has been in galleries such as Decode in Tucson, and Chateau Gallery in Louisville. In 2023, her work was selected by Juror Molly Roberts for the summer issue of SxSE Magazine, and three pieces were featured in Small Things, a publication by the Society of Photographic Educations in conjunction with SCAD’s digital and analog photo club.
